A member of our Customer Service team will aim to acknowledge your complaint within 1 hour of receiving it.

After reviewing your complaint, we aim to provide a full response and any proposed resolution within 2 hours of acknowledgement.
Please note – If you have not received an email within 2 hours, please check your junk folder before pursuing this with us. These response times apply during our business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (excluding public holidays). Whilst we will do our utmost to respond as quickly as possible, in some cases enquiries sent after 4pm may not be dealt with until the next working day.
