Here at Salon Equipment Centre, we are a family run business that have dedicated over 30 years to supporting salons & barbershops across the UK and internationally, in bringing their dream client spaces to life!

In 1993, Salon Equipment Centre started life as a used furniture store in the centre of Leicester, specialising in buying and refurbishing used salon & barbershop furniture. By 2000 Salon Equipment Centre had moved to a new premises, 6 times larger, to display the biggest choice of salon & barber furniture in the UK with a choice of over 1000 products.

Fast forward to 2026, and we have an even larger space, we’ve doubled the size of our distribution warehouse and workshop servicing department, working with another family run business who produce our high quality and exclusively designed furniture and we have completed our refurbishment of the UK’s largest salon, beauty & barber furniture showroom, spread over 2 floors and housing more than 20 collections.
