Do I need to book an appointment to visit your showroom
No, you do not need to book an appointment to visit our salon furniture showroom. We are open on a walk-in basis Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, so you are welcome to visit at a time that suits you.
If you are travelling from further away or would like dedicated time with a member of our team, we also offer showroom appointments, including same-day appointments where available. Appointments can be booked via our online web chat or by calling 01455 553 558.
Our showroom features a wide range of salon, beauty and barber furniture collections on display, allowing you to see, compare and try products in person before you buy. Please note that children are not permitted in the showroom.
Is Infinitii exclusive to SEC?
Yes, Infinitii is exclusively available from Salon Equipment Centre. Our exclusive Infinitii collections have been carefully developed to offer premium salon, beauty and barber furniture that combines luxury styling, comfort, practicality and durability for busy salon environments.
We work closely with our manufacturers throughout every stage of the process, from initial product development and design concepts through to production and final finishes. Can I try salon furniture before buying?

We are open on a walk-in basis Monday to Friday, so no appointment is required. If there is a specific product, collection or colourway you would like to see during your visit, you are welcome to contact our team in advance, although this is not essential.

How do I care for my salon furniture?
To help keep your salon furniture looking its best, we recommend regularly wiping down upholstered surfaces using warm water and a soft cloth between client appointments. Harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning products should be avoided as they may damage the surface over time.
We also offer protective chair covers, backwash covers and beauty bed covers to help protect your furniture from daily wear, colour stains and treatment products.
What is a Japanese Head Spa bed?
A Japanese Head Spa bed is a specialist treatment bed designed for luxury scalp, hair and wellness treatments. Unlike a traditional backwash unit, Japanese Head Spa beds are designed to provide a more relaxing and spa-like experience, allowing clients to lie back comfortably during treatments.
Many salons pair Japanese Head Spa beds with specialist basins or head spa units to create dedicated treatment rooms for scalp analysis, cleansing, massage and wellness experiences.

Do you deliver salon furniture outside mainland UK?
Yes, we deliver salon, beauty and barber furniture throughout the UK and worldwide. We regularly arrange deliveries to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Europe and international destinations, and our team can assist with organising shipping for orders of all sizes.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a range of payment methods, including debit cards, credit cards, BACS bank transfer and cash payments in our showroom. Please note that we do not currently accept American Express.

Do your website prices include VAT?
Product prices displayed on our website are shown excluding VAT by default. The price including VAT is also displayed on product pages in a smaller font beneath the main price for clarity.

Can you hold my salon furniture until I am ready for delivery?
Yes, we can hold your salon furniture order for up to 2 weeks if you are preparing for a new salon opening, refurbishment or renovation. This allows you to secure your items in advance while final preparations are being completed.
Delivery dates can be arranged with our team to suit your schedule. Please note that storage charges may apply for orders held beyond the agreed timeframe.
What warranty do you offer on your salon furniture?
All new Infinitii salon and barber furniture includes a standard 12-month warranty from the date of delivery for added peace of mind. An extended warranty option is also available on selected salon and barber chairs for an additional cost.
Please note that clearance and outlet items are sold as seen and are not covered by warranty. For full details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions or contact our team for further information.
Can I cancel my salon furniture order?
Order cancellations may be considered in exceptional circumstances at management discretion. If a cancellation is agreed after an order has been placed, a cancellation charge of 25% of the total order value will apply.
This helps cover administration, processing and any production or preparation costs already incurred.
What is your returns and reporting policy?
If you experience any issues with your order upon delivery, these must be reported to our team within 72 hours of receiving your items. You can report any problems here: Customer Service Form.

Can I order replacement parts for my salon furniture?

Can I request colour and finish samples?
Yes, colour, fabric and selected metal finish samples are available across many of our salon, beauty and barber furniture collections. Requesting samples is a great way to explore colours, textures and finishes before placing your order.

Do you offer delivery and collection services?
Yes, we offer delivery services throughout the UK and can also arrange international delivery for salon, beauty and barber furniture orders. Delivery costs will vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
For in-stock items, we aim to deliver within 5–7 working days. If you require an item urgently, please contact our sales team on 01455 553 558 and we will always do our best to help. Saturday delivery may also be available at an additional cost, subject to availability.
Standard delivery charges quoted online are for UK mainland addresses only and are based on delivery to a ground floor location by one member of staff. For deliveries to Ireland, Northern Ireland, selected Scottish areas and other islands, please contact our team for an accurate delivery quotation.

How do I assemble my salon styling chair?
Most salon styling chairs arrive in two main parts: the chair base and hydraulic stem, and the main chair seat. Assembly is quick and straightforward, and no specialist tools are usually required.

How do I wall mount my salon styling unit?
All of our salon styling units are supplied with the required wall mounting brackets, screws, fixtures and fittings needed for installation.

Please note that we do not provide electrical installation support. If you are considering hard-wiring illuminated styling units into your mains electrics, we strongly recommend consulting a qualified electrician before installation.
Can I pay a deposit to reserve salon furniture?
Currently, we do not offer deposit payments to reserve stock. All orders must be paid in full before stock can be secured and dispatch arrangements can be made.
We do, however, offer finance options on eligible orders, allowing you to spread the cost of your salon, beauty or barber furniture with manageable monthly payments. For more information about finance and payment options, please contact our team on 01455 553 558.
Can I pay for salon furniture in instalments?
Yes, we offer finance options on orders over £750, helping you spread the cost of your salon, beauty and barber furniture with manageable monthly payments. Finance terms are available from 1–5 years, subject to status and approval.
No deposit is required, and with fast same-day* approvals available, you could secure your new salon furniture sooner than you think, subject to status and availability. A simple finance application form will need to be completed, along with the necessary credit checks.

Are your salon furniture products available to view in the showroom?
Yes, almost all of our salon, beauty and barber furniture collections are available to view throughout our showroom, allowing you to see colours, finishes, comfort and quality in person before placing your order.

Are all items available to customise?
Yes! All items in the Infinitii Collection are fully customisable – you can customise fabric colour, metal finish, stitching, stone tops, paint finishes and even dimensions and storage types with our colour bars and reception desks! Our Outlet section features furniture that is either ex-display, ex-demo, ex-loan, factory samples and discontinued items – all at heavily discounted prices.
