Do I have to book an appointment with you to come and visit your showroom?

We are open on a walk-in basis, so you no longer require an appointment to visit us, however if you are travelling from afar and would prefer to do so, we are still advising and accepting showroom appointments to suit you. We often have same day appointments available, and you can book an appointment via online web chat or by calling us on 01455553558. Please note that there are no children allowed, and we ask that you keep your party size to 2 people per visit. In line with government guidelines, we ask that you bring and wear a mask during your visit, and we will provide you with a fresh pair of gloves to wear. Hand sanitiser will be available on your arrival. We are open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

Do you have stock?

Could I have a quote for custom design furniture?

Yes! almost all of our furniture collections are available to customise and our sales team are on hand to discuss all of the various options with you, and put together a quote! You can also request a virtual showroom appointment 1-2-1 with our sales team and request for samples of fabrics and metals (wherever relevant) can be sent to you. How can I place my order?

To make things easy for you we have many options available to you to place your order: Online via our secure website, over the phone and in our showroom.

How can I take care of my furniture?

We recommend that all of our furniture is wiped down in between client appointments with warm water and a cloth. For tougher dirt, we recommend our SEC Cleaner spray.

Can I request fabric samples for custom design furniture?

Do you ship outside of UK Mainland?

Yes. We accept orders from all over the UK and overseas. We are based in the heart of the UK, but if you require delivery of items to Ireland, Northern Island, Europe and further overseas, we can certainly accommodate this. How can I pay for my items?

We accept credit and debit cards, BACS and cash (in store only). We also offer finance (subject to status) so you can spread your costs. Call us on 01455 553558 for more details.

Do the costs on your website include VAT?

All prices of our products on the website for new items show the prices excluding VAT (prices including VAT are shown at the side in brackets). All of our preloved/used items do not have VAT.

Can you hold stock if I am not ready for delivery?

We can keep your goods here for you whilst you are getting your shop ready for opening or refurbishing at an agreed date, however after this date a storage charge may be applicable.

What is the warranty on your products?

Standard warranty on new Premier furniture is 12 months; this applies once you have delivery but you may extend this for an extra 12 months on the salon and barber chairs for an extra cost. Used/preloved items do not have warranty and are sold as seen. Please see our T&C’s for more details.

Is there a cancellation charge if I wish to cancel my order?

In exceptional circumstances, cancellation of an order may be considered by Management at their discretion. In this case, a cancellation charge of 25% of the order placed will apply.

What is your returns policy?

Please read our T&C in regards to returning products.

Can I order spare parts?

Yes, please choose this section from the menu. If you are uncertain on what part it is you need for your item then please call 01455 553558 and we will be happy to help.

Can you send out samples of colours and laminates?

We can do on most of our products, just give our Sales team a call on 01455 553558 and discuss your requirements and they will be able to pop some samples in the post for you. Alternatively, you can request your free samples online and we will arrange for these to be sent out in due course.

Do you offer a delivery/collection service?

A delivery service is available at an extra cost and this will depend on your location and size of your order. Please note that our delivery charge is based on one member of staff to deliver items purchased, to a ground floor location only. We deliver throughout the UK, Monday-Friday (Saturday delivery may be available at an extra cost subject to availability.) If an item is in stock we aim to deliver within 5-7 working days. Please note : All delivery charges quoted online are for UK mainland only (excludes some Scottish areas, Ireland, Northern Ireland and other islands) - please call us for the most accurate delivery charge.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes, we can arrange for a courier to deliver your items. Please call the sales team for a quote on 01455 553558.

How do I assemble my new salon styling chair

How do I wall mount my Styling Unit

All of our styling units come complete with the mounts, screws, fixtures and fittings to wall mount. How do I replace the tube light bulbs on my styling unit

For some of our salon styling units, replacement light bulbs are available. Can I pay a deposit to reserve items and pay later?

No. All orders have to be paid for in full to secure stock and before we can arrange to dispatch items. For more information regarding finance and payment options available, please call our sales team on 01455 553 558.

Do you offer finance?

Yes, we have a partnership with a finance company that we can contact on your behalf. Please note that finance is available subject to status. In order to secure your order a 25% deposit is required which will be refunded a few weeks after all goods have been delivered and we have been paid by the finance company. The minimum order value for finance is £1000.

Are the items on the website on display in the showroom?

Almost all of our SEC products are available to view. We also have a range of REM products on display. If there is something specific you wish to see, please call our Sales Team on 01455 553558.
