We nearly turned-around and went home!
Wow what a showroom, best we have been to, and we've been too many.
Before visiting you we visited two other companies at Birmingham, the furniture was cheap but the quality and service was very poor, so we nearly turned round and went home because we thought SEC would also be a waste of time. Luckily we didn't.
What we really liked was the massive choice of furniture and the friendly atmosphere within the company.
Better still we have saved nearly half the cost we thought we would have to pay for similar quality furniture. Thanks for everything, it made the two hundred miles we travelled well worth the effort.

What hacks me off?
I would like to express my thanks for your great help. I find these days that most companies are not interested in providing a good service and this usually ends up in me getting hacked off with them. The flip side of this is that when someone provides a good service, it's really noticeable.

I found the staff very welcoming and helpful. The prices were very competitive and there was a lot to choose from. I will definately go back to SEC when I refurbish in the future.

Pushy staff at SEC?
Our journey to SEC was around 200 miles. It was definitely worth travelling to the showroom. Potential clients should really try out the furniture before buying as what looks good in a book or on the net isn't always the best to buy. You need to sit in the chairs, lay in the backwash to see how they feel. Staff were very helpful and not at all pushy.

Try before you buy...I changed my mind!
Well worth visiting SEC, in fact it's the second time in 10 years. After looking around I had an idea of what I wanted before I visited the showroom, but needed to try out the seating and backwashes for comfort, as this was extremely important for my salon refit. There were many other things on display that I hadn't noticed on the web site and therefore I did actually change my mind for some items on visiting the showroom.

The trip was very worthwhile, nice to be able to just walk round and view easily, with plenty of furniture to choose from and I was able to purchase what I needed.
